About our warranties

Learn more about valid warranty requirements, material safety data sheets and the information you will need for online warranty registration.

What constitutes a valid warranty?

A valid warranty should be a 3 part form - white to CLI, Yellow to applicator and Pink to pool owner. Each form should have a unique number printed on the upper right corner. The applicator should complete his/her name, address, telephone number, date pool completed, finish (product name and color), and batch #. The home owner should sign and date the forms and send by certified mail to CLI at address listed on warranty. Warranty claim procedures are on back of warranty along with chemistry parameters.

Note: These PDF warranties are for reference only and not valid if printed online.

Material safety data sheets (MSDS)

These forms contain important information on chemical characteristics, potentially hazardous ingredients, and safe handling instructions, etc.

Online registration

You’ll need a few things you’ll need to get started:

Pool owner information

The pool owner information section will require basic contact information such as full name, complete address of CLI product installation, email address, and telephone number.

Builder/applicator information

The builder/applicator section will require contact information about your pool builder/applicator name, address, and telephone number. This information allows us to get in touch with your builder/applicator if necessary.

CLI product and batch number

The product information will require your CLI’s product type, line, color, and batch number. The batch number should be provided to you by the pool builder/applicator.
